A water-dispersion primer is a special solution used as a preliminary coating on a surface before applying top coat or paint, wallpaper, flooring, plaster and other finishing materials.
The primer has several main purposes:

- providing the best adhesion of a decorative covering or a finishing layer with the basis;

What is water dispersion?
The dispersion mixture is called because it is obtained by dissolving the solid particles of the filler in a liquid.
