For the construction of the house, Loza chose a plot in the village of Yurievo in the Novorizhsk direction. Initially, specialists were invited to develop the project and design of the building, but later it was decided to do the planning independently.

All furniture and textiles are also bright, due to which the rooms seem spacious and very cozy. The house of Yuri Loza is comfortable for family living and receiving guests.
