Singer Vitas was once famous for having a strong voice with an amazing timbre. Now he has lost his former popularity at home, in Russia, but in Asian countries he regularly gives concerts and even moves around the streets with guards, because fans can be too intrusive. Frequent tours in Asia suggested buying a mansion and living at home, rather than in hotels. Vitas House in China has a unique design and balneological "resort" right inside the building.

The selected mansion is located in an elite village near Shanghai. The houses of wealthy Chinese businessmen and influential people are located in the neighborhood, and the cost of land here is quite high. The area is famous for its excellent ecology and clean mountain air. It is literally permeated with thermal springs, which also served as a prerequisite for buying a mansion. Despite the tendency of residents to seclusion, tourists often appear in the village.
Vitas's house is quite spacious, very bright, contains many elements of natural wood and glass. The singer preferred to use only natural and other harmless materials for decoration. The house itself is on a raised platform, but overgrowth of trees hides it from prying eyes. From windows the kind on flowering slopes and woodlands opens.

Even in China, where there are a huge number of unusual buildings, Vitas's house is recognized as unique and exclusive. When developing the interior, the designers took into account the wishes of the owner, guided by such tasks:
- the presence of interesting elements;
- maximum comfort, home warmth;
- lack of ostentation;
- conciseness and simplicity, geometric shapes;
- functionality;
- calm colors.
The design was based on an oriental style with its inherent minimalism in combination with modern household appliances, electronics and furniture. Vitas’s house has many huge panoramic windows that occupy almost the entire wall. This allows you to enjoy nature without even leaving your home.
The interior is quite simple, but all the materials in the decoration are expensive, and sometimes exclusive. Furniture was made to order - made manually according to individual drawings. The house is decorated in natural, pastel, warm colors, there are no flashy spots or distracting details from the contemplation of nature.
Thermal source
The mountainous area in which Vitas settled is saturated with thermal waters with a temperature of about + 39–40 degrees. One of these sources was brought directly to the Vitas mansion. Now, in a specially designated room, the singer and his relatives can conduct real balneotherapy sessions. As you know, such baths relax, strengthen the nervous system and restore strength, which is so important after long flights and difficult tours.
Vitas has another house - on Rublevka, but it is the Chinese apartments that are distinguished by their special color and warmth, they have a place for rest and relaxation.The singer hopes that in the future there will be an opportunity to be here more often or even to move permanently.
