Elite housing in a prestigious area requires the same luxurious renovation, so Gaban O’Keefe, an internationally renowned English specialist, was invited to develop the design. The famous decorator became famous for working with many celebrities up to Elton John. Overhaul with a complete alteration of the home was completed after 9 years of the couple’s life together. The interior of each room in the apartment was thought out in London, there it was developed in sketches and in kind, and only then the whole situation was transported to Russia. About 60 tons of furniture and decoration materials were loaded into the house through the windows with a crane!

The designer was given an interesting task - in the presence of a huge number of windows in the apartment, to come up with a layout that is comfortable for life and make the rooms a continuation of each other, as if to combine them into one whole. The luxurious ship seemed to descend from the pages of Jules Verne’s books, which makes the room look even more shocking and unusual.

Most of the walls are covered with original panels, behind which storage systems, doors are hidden. This made it possible not to crush the surface of the walls with entrances and cabinets, to hide the functional part of the interior from prying eyes, and also to provide free penetration of daylight into the secret corners of the premises. Some panels are glossy, others, on the contrary, are soft, velvety. The furniture in the apartment is decorated with velor, velvet, made on the basis of natural oak and birch wood. The sofas in the producer’s office are studded with expensive and rare eel skin.
What do the rooms in the apartment look like?
The living room most closely resembles a luxury yacht thanks to the original sliding panorama. The ceiling is closed by curtains, blinds bright shade. In the free space there are several semicircular sofas, some of which occupy window niches. As a result, a cozy soft "booth" is formed to maintain a private conversation. The sofas have a juicy turquoise seat trim and an interesting Arabic ornament on the backs. The following elements complement the interior of the living room:

In the dining room, where the whole family likes to gather, a rather modest interior - gray wallpapers, light furniture, but here there is a large white piano and a lot of greenery.
