The famous Russian singer and producer Grigory Leps recently lived in the historical center of Moscow, in an elite apartment of 320 square meters. But dreams of his own house brought him to the path of construction, fully embodied in reality. Grigory Leps mansion can be found in the village of Third Hunting, about 10 km from MKAD along Novorizhskoe highway. The construction of the house was long, almost a decade, which is largely due to the frequent replacement of contracting teams. The materials used for work required the participation of experienced specialists, and not all of them showed real professionalism.

Externally, the cottage creates the feeling of a picture from the page of a fairytale book. It is built in the style of a Thai villa in the form of Buddhist pagodas, large-scale and incredibly beautiful. The three-story building has several convenient entrances and exits and includes 17 large rooms, decorated in different styles. So, for the kitchen, Leps chose art deco, for the child - bionics, for the bathroom - a Bauhaus with a modern jacuzzi.
All furniture in the Leps house is custom-made or purchased from famous designers, there are many unique pieces. The singer collects canvases of various artists and icons - the latter has about 160 pieces. For their storage, it is necessary to maintain a strictly specified temperature in the premises and regularly use special products that extend the life of the paintings.

The plot is surrounded by forest and has access to the lake on which the beach is equipped. Despite the presence of a direct approach to the reservoir, on the territory of the Leps site there is a gorgeous pool located directly in front of the house. Leps production center is located within walking distance from the apartment building - another three-story building, made in the same "Thai" direction. Large halls for rehearsals and recording studios, study rooms and dance classes are decorated in a simple, business style without unnecessary details.
There is also a meeting room, a gym in the center, and a restoration workshop for restoring paintings and icons is located right there. So that late guests could continue to work right in the morning, Leps took care of the rest rooms and bedrooms, the dining room.
