Apartment in Moscow
Alexander Oleshko acquired his own metropolitan housing in 2012. One-room apartment is located in a panel house in the heart of Moscow, near the Patriarch's Ponds.
For the arrangement of the apartment, Alexander drew the designers of the television program “Ideal Repair”. Alexander Oleshko’s apartments lack the usual luxury and pomposity, however, individual details make this space stylish and at the same time non-standard.

Specialists were given the most difficult task: to create a multifunctional and comfortable room out of tiny housing units from the times of the Soviet Union, while preserving the spirit of old Moscow. Designers brilliantly coped with the task and managed to turn 20 square meters. m of living space and 7 square meters. m. of cuisine in a comfortable cozy corner for a talented artist with numerous storage spaces.
To implement all the ideas associated with the design of this apartment, it was decided to demolish the protruding partition. As a result, it was possible to create a spacious dressing room in the home, which does not visually reduce the space and looks appropriate in a small area.
A small snow-white folding sofa is located at the base of the U-shaped structure from numerous white cabinets for storing clothes and other things. Bright decorative pillows of a rich cherry shade stand out with a juicy stain on a light upholstery.
Living room design
All the walls in the living room are painted in sand and beige. The room has two sofas, one of which (smaller) is located in the dressing area, the other is part of the space for relaxation.
Vandal-proof upholstery, the artist deliberately opted for such a fabric, since large Maine-breed cats live in the apartment, which can quickly render sofas unusable.
On the wall in the dressing area hangs a panel in a baguette frame with Venetian masks fixed on it. The recreation area above the large sofa is decorated with numerous photographs that capture moments from the life and work of the creative owner.
The guests of Alexander are immediately struck by a massive coffee table made of natural ash with a chess layout. A checkered black and white ottoman that looks like a cap of one of Oleshko’s idols, clown Oleg Popov, looks great with such a piece of furniture.
A TV in a frame decorated with stucco patterns hangs on a cabinet made of solid wood. When the equipment is off, the whole structure resembles a large mirror.Fabric lampshades on lamps create a special cosiness.

Kitchen facades of a milky shade from a natural tree are executed in classical style. Well-chosen fittings come in handy for tall old-fashioned cabinets. Modern household appliances built into the ledge do not violate the unity of style and are combined with facade elements.
A mosaic apron made of stone and glass is laid over the working area. The black countertop and window sill, imitating marble slabs, contrast with the rest of the surfaces in the kitchen. Granite dark sink and high faucet provide comfort when washing dishes and products.
On the windows hang tulle and massive peach-colored curtains. The walls near the openings are tiled, imitating brickwork.
to contents ↑The dining area is a key place in the kitchen. There is a round table made of natural wood and several chairs. A piece of furniture that is dear to the artist’s heart is the secretary of the idol Oleshko Yuri Nikulin, which was donated by the designers of “Ideal Repair”.
Few strokes
The floor in the bathroom and the bathroom is lined with granite. All tiles are domestic production.
Getting into the apartment, each guest can contemplate a massive makeup mirror. This amazing decor item was created from solid wood and equipped with lights. It is known that the mirror is made according to the drawings of Yuri Nikulin.
Country house of Alexander Oleshko
The apartment is not the only comedian property. Alexander owns a house in the suburbs, located in one of the elite areas.
The housing is decorated in a classic style, but it is not without modern details and bright color shades that raise the mood of the artist.
Antique pieces of furniture give the house a share of aristocracy and unique charm. Thanks to the abundance of textile elements and mirror panels, the entire space is visually expanded, which is facilitated by the light shade of the walls.
The house has a large collection of artist - New Year's toys. Not many people know that Alexander especially appreciates such holiday decorations and collects them for many years.
The metropolitan apartment with designer renovation and the luxurious house of Alexander Oleshko are tastefully decorated and are the true embodiment of the classics in the interior. At first glance, such a design may seem outdated, but it clearly shows the good taste of the owner and his desire for comfort.
